I joined Enviresearch in May 2024 from industry where I was registering disinfectants as medical devices and biocides in the UK, EU and across the world. Registration involves becoming a master of regulations and I have worked extensively with both UK and EU Medical device regulations, GB and EU biocide regulations, CLP, detergent regulations, cosmetic regulations, waste regulations and EPR and REACH.
I started my career as an analytical chemist before focusing on material characterisation. I have gained a wealth of experience working in different industrial areas, such as waste disposal, environmental, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing, developing analytical services and promoting regulatory compliance. Having worked in laboratories accredited to ISO, GMP and GLP I am able to support development of physico-chemical testing and validation projects within the bounds of regulatory compliance.
