MY ROLE

I am part of the regulatory affairs team, providing regulatory advice and support for the registration of plant protection products and chemicals under REACH.

BACKGROUND/CAREER HISTORY

Prior to my PhD, I worked as a research assistant for Procter and Gamble, gaining experience in product development and analytical methodology. I undertook my PhD at Newcastle University with industrial sponsorship from Croda. Through my PhD I was able to gain extensive experience in pesticide formulation development, crop and weed pesticide metabolism, and the impacts of adjuvant chemistry on efficacy. In February 2020 I joined Enviresearch as a regulatory affairs consultant.

PhD – Smart formulation for precise crop protection Msc – Industrial and Commercial Biotechnology Bsc – Biochemistry.

SCUBA diving Working out Gaming.

Biocidal product registration, human health and consumer risk assessments for plant protection products, data gap analysis.
