
Enviresearch Joins the RSK Group
RSK Group Limited, a leading integrated environmental, engineering and technical services business, has from Tuesday 2nd March 2021 acquired Enviresearch, a leading regulatory and risk assessment services provider to the global chemical industry. The Enviresearch group comprises Enviresearch Limited, Enviresearch Technologies Limited and Enviresearch Portugal Unipessoal Lda.
RSK is a fully integrated, environmental, engineering and technical services group consisting of over 100 businesses and employing more than 6,000 specialists. The group is headquartered in the United Kingdom and has an established presence in over 35 countries throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and South America. With a turnover of over £250m, the company was ranked the third largest environmental consultancy in the UK by Environment Analyst in its 2019 Market Assessment Report. They have also been named in the Sunday Times Top Track 250 and International Track 200 which rank the largest privately-owned British businesses by sales.
Christina Lye, Enviresearch Commercial Director, will become Enviresearch Managing Director. Christina will be supported by the existing leadership team at Enviresearch as it joins RSK’s Agriculture, Land and Property Management (ALPM) division under the direction of Ian Strudwick.

Enviresearch is RSK’s 13th acquisition of the 2020/2021 financial year. RSK is actively investing in the development of new businesses and bolt-on complementary businesses, as well as equipment and facilities, to provide end-to-end solutions to a wide, international client base.
